I just so happen to be walking in the middle of Iraq and ran into M-Lo the Wonder Boy and ShazaamO... Obviously they were burning stuff... had a peculiar smell... so I investigated... I haven't smelt that since...

I knew it...! So being a newbie to the arts I decided to participate... They gladly let me partake...

This provided entertainment for a full 15 minutes... after being smoked out I decided to head back to the office... The natives became restless and began to throw sticks...

Motivation for the day...

Begin that work out you planned on... No no... Not tomorrow... After work... Hit the gym... go for a run... or pop out some push ups... Stop delaying... and saying you will get to it tomorrow will get you one result... Always starting your excercise plan tomorrow... Start slow... if you go ballz to the wall you will get sore the next day and not go... If you are reading this M-Lo... it is time to go to the gym...

Yea a new hat... Well it is actually an old hat... The U.S. Marines have been wearing this hat for years... And for some reason the U.S. Air Force has thought... That looks cool we are going to wear it too... ok... So I consider myself a walking showcase... I wear my hat very high and pointy... Always wanted to be a cook...
